Well, "IT fields" is a really broad range of things, so I can't base the requirements of everything upon a one particular area. It's just relative to where you're choosing to specialize with it. With that being said, I'd recommend that you invest some more time into Java and C++ so you can learn them beyond the basics. Learning other languages after you've mastered one is child's play and you'll further learn languages with more ease if you're already pretty good at one of them; usually. C# is another that I recommend learning, and I also recommend taking the time to learn SQL so you can utilize it in your various programs as needed. Ultimately, much will depend upon the direction you're trying to take with your career. What are you wanting to do in the long/short term? My best recommendation is to focus on whatever is going to best compliment what you're trying to do with your life.
