Wait a little bit longer. If that doesn't work, then re-send a ticket with screenshots of the badge not being unlocked, and a screenshot of the comment!

I believe, I got it via commenting on the codes in lessons.

Such as the fill in the blanks sections,

where some users tend leave answers in the course...
