How to export web designs for external use?

Question

This may be a basic question, and I'm not finished with the web courses but is there a simple way to export my files to a lauchable website for my computer? I'm just wanting to run it from a file on my desktop. Just like how you can rename a .txt file to .html file and run it.

Try using github free static website hosting feature. You just have to know about version control sysyem.
