currently there isn't an Android tutorial here which teaches how to use Android studio or other IDEs like eclipse. But Andriod Apps are written in Java and the interface with XML, and there is a Java course here at Sololearn!

Additionally Python codes run on all platform and Kivy which is a python module supports Andriod Development with an easy to package help using Buildozer.. And again Sololearn got Python 3 here, so make your choice.

P. S I will go for Java :)
