are you really a coder or you just passing your time with such programming languages?

Anyone who writes their own programs is consider a coder, in my opinion. šŸ˜‚ EDIT: I also hate the word "coder." I never understood why.

coder are anyone who can writes code. programmer are anyone who can make a program. all programmer can code, but not all coder can program.

A coder is typically referring to less experienced individuals who write only simple code, and programmers are professional code writers.

I absolutely have to agree as a programmer I have written many lines of code in numerous languages. But a coder may write a small script ie a widget which will ( call up ) someone else's actual program ( get ), or they may write a basic HTML code to bed an img or create a <button>. Coders may or may not be proficient in any language. There are exceptions however and different levels of coders.

@Jonathan I was going to say that and thought I had somewhat explained that same thing in my previous response. freecodecamp and others alike somewhat confuse the terminologies "coder" and "programmer"
