You can do it by uploading the picture in Google.

I don't know about on sololearn, but in my web design class, we just attached it in Dreamweaver, then uploaded it along with the site to the server

you could also upload the image to the server you are hosting the site on and specify the path to the location of the image in the img tag

just buy a hosting or you can try a free one..then you have to upload it and write the link of your uploaded file(i.e. photo,audio or a video) in the portion where you describe the path of your file in your storage..
