Please help me.... SQL or python or java

i know c and 30 percent of c++.... what to do next

I would suggest SQL. In most projects, you will need to interact with a DBMS database so it's a basic skill you need. Having said that you'll find new storage paradigms (e.g. NoSQL, cloud storage, etc.), but having learned SQL will help you a lot. Keep learning C++ and once you finish the course you can pick Python because it's a high-level language that allows you to build something really quick. But if you have the intention to do some web development in the future then you need HTML, Javascript, and SQL as the bare minimum before selecting a full development stack that includes server-side technology.

Sql is database java and python both are good but for web python seems better than java
