which compiler does sololearn uses for cpp compiling

I want to download a compiler for windows which is identical/similar to sololearn compiler
also what are the diffrence in turbo c++ and sololearn compiler

for c/c++ i think that is best codeblocks and mingcw compiler

turbo c++ is standard in educational institutes so no option for most(including my high school). anyways I think I'll use solocode web for Windows.
