hello guyz,I am a student... and I am very much weak in c++..please tell me how do I become best in c++..please help me

Don’t just whizz through the tutorials, reproduce the code and run it yourself.
I also find it helpful to practice writing code from memory, and combining knowledge from different scripts.
What people don’t seem to realise is that our visual system is our most powerful intellectual sense and is optimised for memory. So find a way to visualise your knowledge, this will speed up the learning process
