You should at first learn Object Oriented JavaScript. You should also learn ES6 JavaScript. Then you may choose either Angular or React.js (NOTE : Angular and Angular.js are not the same thing. I recommended you Angular instead of Angular.js since it is most recommended by themselves, is more up-to-date and also has a lot more features).
