How to turn a mobile website into a mobile app.

Hoping for direction towards more information on this. How easy is it to adjust HTML5 code to be used as an application?

where you can create your own apps (within some minutes)
after log in tap in for create app, you will just have to fill simple details like name, description, website address, themes etc.. (rest of the format is already created)
