How much do you need to know to intern?
In my 4-h program one of my projects is interning in my choice career, obviously software development but I'm really nervous. I don't personally know any software devs and I'm not super confident in my skills yet because I'm still learning. First I'm going to interview a Dev and shadow one but how much knowledge must you have to intern as one? Do you to be able to do what a graduate or normal employee could do it do they just kinda mentor you? any insight would be much appreciated. I'm an hs sophomore.

@Rao Hamza Javaid yeah I know it's not like a true job but I want to have enough experience that I don't have to annoy people with questions every two seconds. ๐

If you make good programs and put them in some sort o f portfolio or GitHub, you can show that to someone and your skill will be acknowleged. Aldo, you will get skill by coding.

Are you talking about Internship?
Internship is not a job. you will learn in internship by working with professionals. I think you just need some programming skills.

@Rao Hamza Javaid good question... I'd at least get a part time job. a master's isn't much good if you don't have any real world experience. at least get your name out there
