I think there is an extra installer program called "Visual Studio Installer" came along with the new VS 2017. If you run tht program, you can select the features you want to install extra for Visual Studio. You could probably find the missing one aa well.
Just type in the search field of your op. system "Visual Studio Installer" and it will hopefully propose the app for you.
