How to find a good low level intership/job?

Question

I am 15 years old and I am looking for some way to become involved in the vast world of programming. What is the best way to go about finding what I'm looking for? (Basic knowledge in another of different languages, is all I have qualifications wise.

probably depends what country you are in.... can you get a work shadowing experience through your school?
