Can we Start Development android after learning Java ?

How we can start development Android apps after learning java. We have nescessary to learn xml or we can learn with apk development. Is it easy to develope game after cleared java course. Can we learn online ?

Or we have nescessary to join courses at institute. ?

Not immediately after the Java course here. You need to learn Android development either online or elsewhere.

Depends on how much java you know ... Java is a vast language. If you think that by completing sololearn course, you have learned whole java then you are wrong. Study through official documents available on internet.
Yes you can start developing android apps after learning java.
I will recommend you to join a basic course online or to refer to youtube videos so that you can have a clarity how xml and java works in android.
It is not neccessary to join courses at institute, I never joined any such course, I did an online course to get through with basics and then I used the official documentation and stackoverflow.
