I want to learn OOP language and looking forward to learn C# but some says do Java instead and some says other what should i do?

I have basic knowledge of C and C++ so i want to know which will be better C# or Java?? Anyone experience person here who can tell which is better and why

This is depend what you want to do.
java is platform independent language.
if you want to make application you may learn java. For video game you can learn c#.
