1. Patience 2. Have a goal what do you want to achieve with the language. 3. Willing to accept failure. 4. Get involved in the programming community. 5. Master the foundations NOT the language itself. 6. Read books on C++ and code the examples provided. 7. Research Dr Bjarne Strusstrup founder of C++. 8. Join a site and solve challenges 9. Get familiar with Algorithms, & Data structures. 10. Choose an IDE that's specifically towards C++ for example: - >> Code Blocks they have the libraries preloaded and necessary for you to get started. 11. Discipline 12. Have fun <---- Most important Goodluck

Well i think you're at the right place - "Sololearn". As the name suggests it is a platform through which one can learn Programming in any Language oneself with ease. I should suggest you to take the C++ Course from here. It is very beautifully explained with a Number of examples. Also you should refer to some eBooks. there are many of them availabe on the web. BTW your question suggests that you want to learn without any mentor. Well you can't!! This can be explained by a sentence - "Books are the best Mentors"

shairow kumar you can try by completing c++ course here @ Sololearn and making all of those example codes in them, practice them over & over and improve them by adding more (lines of code) happy coding!👍 furthermore challenges are good source of code snippets ,I can see that you are challenging in HTML so you are familiar with quizzes, try to make all of those @ sololearn playground that will help you to take-up harder challenges (Assignments)...but don't overdo..✌

there are many online course to help you understand about c++ this age... and most of them are you study it by yourself... besides sololearn, you can find it in edx, udemy, coursera, or other websites that offer to help you in it...
