Tip: you can use only html and css, but basic javascript would probably make it easier to implement if you're not still skilled in css ^^

So, after viewing your profile, I suggest to first do your html course, then the css course, and maybe only in a third time go learn basics of JS (you should learn basics of JS before trying to learn frameworks/libraries such as JQuery ;))
