C++ weird wrong answer

😂😂😂lol I just lost 28xp
guess what there is a que in c++ without any answer
it has 3 options
if u select any of the options "wrong" appears on the screen
& if u submit without selecting any option bam "correct" appears...that's insane 🤣🤣🤣
I seriously laughed losing this 28xp 😂😂😂
any solution guys... I have been reporting the que since past 3 days...

@Yesh , if u hv submitted the quiz/lesson , u can't edit it now , but what u can do is copy all the content of it & make a new quiz/lesson with all the editing & submit it again ... i have done the same
