Before learning swift should i learn python ,c objective or java (I don't have a mac or working ipad)

I recommend you to learn first C and Java, but if you wish to learn and code Swift apps you can do it with Virtual Box or Hackintosh.

Before you decide run it on VPC, MacOs can only run on Intel cpu, make sure your system is Intel based and not AMD based.

You must have MacBook in order to compile swift code.

first learn c than C++.
but without mac book i dont think you can use xcode.
