Mathematical expressions in html, are there?

Is there any way to with the HTML features display on the web page math expressions such as the Pythagorean theorem and the resolutive formula of the second degree equations (bhaskara)?

The best way to type math in html is using the mathjax library https://www.mathjax.org/ The quality is excelent.

I do not see the need to apply mathematical formulas in your website, but if there is really the most plausible way is to insert images containing these formulas.
