hmm. The code I wrote above is not a virus , but it can hang your device if not stopped , real virus can be made by almost any language , but assembly is the best match . You can start learning assembly language by any source(Its better if you search it on google) You will get desired tutorials on that . And then you can create a virus , but don't use it for wrong purpose.
