Other places to learn from and get certificates for free.

I live in Rwanda, am in Grade 12 am 16. Am completing most of the lessons at Sololearn and I need to be an app developer. I need to to know other places or websites for free learning and certificates. I wish Solo learn could also bring Codding challenges. beware of one thing that most free certificates dont have any value same is with sololearn.
