Bikash sah that's a good question and since I live here so I can comment on it ,
yes it was supposed to be , but right now there are few issues with Bangalore that might prevent it from happening.
#water issue,
#temperature rise ( it's not that cool these days, because of trees going down, plotting for land of dried up lakes)
so Hyderabad and Pune are becoming new contenders for it too
