What is the first program to learn first?

To me I will prefer learning Java as a freelancer. And if I where to be an hacker I will learn c++ or HTML.

Just depends what your focus is on. Developing software or websites?
If you're wanting to be a web developer, then learn HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery/MySQL/PHP first, or whatever setup you're planning to use. I'm most familiar with a LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), so my recommendation is based upon that.
If you're wanting to be a software developer, then depending upon your platform, pick one of the programming languages suited for that, such as C++, C#, Python, Java, etc..
There isn't a right answer, it just depends what you're wanting to do. Pick the language that is going to compliment whatever your long term goal is with programming.
