So, start with Html, and don't be afraid to start Css quickly after/in the same time ;)

I understood the css lesson with javascript and html
I understood the javascript lesson with html and css
So "Go for all"
html & css are the languages that connected each other

Php without minimal skills in Html/Css will not be at all useful/helpful, as its first purpose is to handle dynamical build (write) of them ^^

Learn HTML first - CSS is to style the HTML.
HTML5 is the newest/improved version of HTML.
You will learn more, when making the courses.
After I did HTML and CSS I started with Javascript cause this helps improve making Websites.
