Notes for beginners

1. Get familiar with what Sololearn has to offer. -Courses, Code Playground, Challenges, Quiz Factory, Q&A, Badges, etc. 2. When learning courses: -Do every "Try it yourself" -Comment on every test with an explanation in your own words -Make quizzes as you learn -Learn to understand not to memorise 3. When making codes: -Look at what's trending for ideas and then try to recode it -A Tic-tac-toe game will test your majority of knowledge you have of your language -Use other's codes but don't repost their code unedited as you own work. Give credit 4. When doing challenges: -Have a pen, paper an calculator with you -Challenge high level players when you're low level and vice versa -Search up the correct answers for all the questions you get wrong after every challenge before challenging again 5. When making quizzes: -Make quizzes while you're doing a course -Keep it about programming, no Pokemon stuff -Keep it short but tricky 6. When posting a question: -Look it up first -Keep it about programming, no Pokemon stuff -Be clear, give enough information about your problem but not too much like this post 7. When getting badges: -If you want to celebrate your achievements then do it with a code - @Burey //See how I gave credit their ^, it's not that hard and it's fun :) Happy coding and keep learning.

Well most of my codes are about Pokemon and I tried to make quizzes and post questions relating to Pokemon as well but I got beef from the Sololearn community. They didn't approve because it's not programming related. So its a lesson I learned that I just wanted to pass onto my notes, so that newcomers won't have to make the same mistakes I did.

Addition point 2 when learning don't focus on just finishing courses so as to get XPs and get💯 learner but focus on understanding what you are learning 😉
