The size of the languages support is very large in Visual Studio 2017.

I want to practice C# on my computer but I'm not able to download any IDE . When I downloaded Visual Studio Community, I found that I have to download seperate file for C# development but the size is too large .So is there any IDE which I can use only for C# and the size is small .
