Hello! I've learned almoust everything with html and css, even make a site with this two, but now I want to develop it and add functionality - mainly database so the users can register and store information, i have the html form but what should i do now - learn php or java or databases? Thanks

Learn Javascript, Php and Mysql. Learn Ajax too.

You decide what you want. Sql we have, MySql, Oracle, Firebird.
Java Web or PHP.

Learn PHP and Mysql for server side script and backend.
Learn Javascript and Jquery for Client side validation and design.
