Who here works for a software company or a freelancer? How long did it take you?

I am trying to figure out a relative time frame on how long it will take me to find a job or become a freelancer in web development. if applicable, can you give answers in hours or sololearn experence points. Just like an estimated guess. i would like to make minimum wage, live in United States Of America. minimum wage = 7.25 per hour. Thanks.

I am not professional but I think I depends on how desperate are you to learn web development, that how long it does take. if you wana know about minimum wages than you should take a look at UPWORK.COM (Try to look for verified employer) ...

Opportunity is readily available and you could be making profit right away. My Son and I found a need to deploy some web sites and with a little effort taught ourselves everything from Website Name Registration, Hosting and Website Development. We used GoDaddy and created One Account to host Several Sites. It has Unlimited Storage and works great with the Multiple Sites. Each has it's own domain and partitioned storage. The need came from several sources, such as Friends, Clubs and Businesses that were interested in having a site but did not know how to go about it. We quickly taught ourselves and upon completion were paid for the setup time and ... any future time needed for Updates and Changes. We used several methods to develop the code, such as on a PC and even an iPad App. In my opinion this all adds up to Experience and even Great Reference for Future Opportunities, either with Freelance and or Working at a Company. I hope this helps and gives you the inspiration to go forward. Best Wishes, Bill ;-)
