Are any non-English programming languages or libraries popular?

A simple google search shows that non-English based programming languages exists. I am wondering if anyone knows if any of them are commonly used today in non-native English speaking counties?

Thankfully documentation exists in many languages for mainstream programming languages thanks to translators. However, are there any languages in common use today which compilers have built to read non-latin based character source code?

I remember hearing about some programming language based on arabic characters. I googled a bit and I found that it is called qalb https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qalb_(programming_language) It seems that at most it is used for learning programming but I doubt it has any real life applications
