fatal : unable to access the request URL returned error: 403 the error showing when i try to push my code to GitHub repository

Question

The above error showing last days I'm also referred many YouTube videos and stack overflow articles but I'm not able to fix.
Like I'm changed the username and password in credential manager, personal acces token and I'm tried with another new GitHub account but the same error showing again and again so kindly anyone help me to fix this error 🙄 [Not Fixed]
