Why cant i challange using php?

we can learn and post a question but cannot challenge .is that problem is with me only

I have written one question for PHP challenges, it's been pending for 2 months. I suggest you do the same, if it's half decent and it gets decided you'll know the challenges are imminent.

php is still not available for weapons. I think its because lack of questions.
