No, Always learn and master one programming language and then Choose other. If you learn two different languages same time your written programme will fail due to the incomplete knowledge of programming. I suggest you to learn python first then c++.

Meh. People going ham on the absolute "Never! Master one first!", should calm it a little. It is easier to learn one language and then start on another. The upside is that learning just one object oriented programming language makes understanding any of them easier. In the professional world, you will run into project where 3 or more languages are used and, if you don't know anything about one, you will have to get up to speed quick. If you're just starting out, focusing on one at least for a while is a good idea but, remember that these languages are just tools, that's it. If you need one, you need to learn it.

No, C++ and python are different programming language and C++ is complex than python . So I recommended to learn python then C++ .

According to me, no if you want to learn C and python both at same time. I will recommend you to learn C first and than python. Because C will clear your basics and logic and after switching to python will be much easier.
