What frontend and backend (database)

Hi there,
I have ms access as frontend and backend and a lot of vba. Now I want to transform this to a web application. What frontend and backend should I choose? What database is recommended?

MS Access is not for web application it's only for local environment and it is not use with programming.
MySQL, SQL server, oracle database, PostgreSQL these are the database used with programming.
