Need help on what and where to learn

Dear Friends,
I know HTML5, CSS & javascript and I myself can design any kind of website on my own.
Now learned 'Core pyhon' here. I want to know how to make the coordination between python and html.
For eg, Using python to take the form input from html file and giving output to another html file.
Using GCP with python, css &Js.
How to upload locally created files to GCP
And using other cloud servers.
How to interact with database(I know SQL also)
If I want to learn these is there any course in Sololearn?

Django and Flask are both Python Web frameworks . For you level you should first start with Flask because it is easier than Django, then you'll move to Django
