If all are in red(❌) they didn't use Sololearn app for a while.

Here(not by hearted) I mean that "this is not act in this way that if someone is inactive it means that person uninstalled it"
It also can be happen that person is inactive although Sololearn is still in there phone!!!

No, there is not such functions in Sololearn, but you can assume by there inactivity on Sololearn that person is uninstalled/inactive Sololearn ( not by hearted)

You can check their streak from new update version from their profile 'is they signed in this current week days or not "

As mentioned, inactivity does not necessarily mean being logged out or having uninstalled the App.
