I have touch problem in my phone whenver i want to touch double quotation . slash also gets touched.what do i do now?

I think you might be using screen guard in your phone. If your facing problem due to screen guard then its better to change it

Screen gaurd is applied on your phone screen it's like a extra glass attached on the screen to gaurd it from scratch

Yes your right. The one who attached it on your phone might have attached it in slight wrong way due to which some buttons are not working
