Oops, Error

Question

Just today, using the desktop app suddenly I started receiving "Opps Error" from doing common things on the website.
The error is displayed at this url:
https://www.sololearn.com/error
It seems random
- This happened when I was attempting to click on "courses" and begin study of a course.
- This happened when I clicked on my profile to edit it.
- This happened when I tried to search "Discuss" for answers to questions.
This hasn't ever happened before previously in all of the times I've used the website.
To try to solve this problem I tried the following:
- searching here to see if anyone else posted about it. didn't see anything
- clearing cookies and temp files
- closing and restarting browser (including logging out and then doing it)
- restarting the computer I'm using to access the website.
None of these resolved the issue.

It is happening with me also. I can't send message, I can't open Courses Excercise, I can't open others profile.

Lots of Solar Storm activity being reported, have noticed radio stations also having trouble, so I wonder if related to Sololearn issues we are seeing

NEZ I just mailed Sololearn ... and reported this issue . Perhaps they are not aware of this issue . I suggest to you to mail them too ... maybe we'd get a solution to solve it !

I have the exact same problem since 20Min ago now. If I log out, I can access the courses page, when I click on "SQL" or "Python Intermediate" or any course for that matter logged into my account, I get "Oops, error". I'm wondering if I just need to wait and its gonna fix itself, or if my account is somehow blocked now and they need to do something?

Make the 'Oops, an Error Occurred' Go Away
Ensure your internet connection is stable and secure.
Restart your device before applying any fixes.
Don't use VPNs to log in to your account.
Check if the issue is not on the IG side.
Change your password.
Clear the app's cache.

in addition to the oops, error, there are lot of Javascript issues in the course, I cannot continue learning.
[Error] XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://api2.sololearn.com/v2/notifications/connect/?EIO=4&transport=polling&t=NcihKkN due to access control checks.
