Sololearn Daily Streak Reset?
I noticed today that my Daily Streak was reset sometime last Thursday. Depending on which device I am on (Android, iPad, iOS) it shows different days I was logged in... I assume they are using local cookies now instead of storing it somewhere on the server? Not that I am terribly upset, but I am sure someone is. I plan to do a little more research before sending an email, but was curious if anyone has a similar experience, and if anyone else has sent an email to [email protected]

I also have a glitch in my daily streak. by the way twice this week. there were 370 streak days before it. Sadly😕. I wrote in app reviews on appstore
@Kode Krasher the same happened to me today but it was a bit different... when I checked my leaderboard it showed that I got -7 xps after taking the daily bonus...it meant that I got -12 xps but I don't how?!
rkk, I think, it is the same one bug; we can call it like "streak corruption".
i had the same issue a few days ago, when i switched from android tablet to ios device. i am using frequently different devices over the last years, and there was never a problem (windows, ios, android)
Yeah the streak count is misleading. I am unable to reach a full streak count.

The really odd part is that I login every day so there was no lapse in my daily logins. If you look at my feed you'll see daily comments being posted everyday by me for the last week contradicting the Daily Streak icons. 🤔

hmmm, downvoted already? lol. While not directly related to a specific code, this is related to improving the platform, so this should be relevant here... Calm down happy button clickers. I plan to look at cookies when I am in front of my laptop and will provide some screenshots of some DevTools output. If anyone has already looked at it, I would be interested in what you see. 😎👍
Evgeniy Dmytrychenko report the issue thru feedback in the app or email [email protected] and reference this thread. NEZ you should do the same. They should be aware of the issue by now. I have provided enough proof here that something is not right. Thanks for adding your experience here! 😎👍
NEZ, from what I can see in your profile, you lost a match today. Check your matches list and go to the last match played: if the final result is red "-12 XP", then it is because of this and thus there is nothing wrong in it; if not, then that is really strange.
Evgeniy Dmytrychenko yep. It reset on me again too. I was online 3 times today on 2 different devices. 🤬
I have these issues with the daily streak as well, and mailed about it too. Received a mail today that they are “aware of the problem and working hard to fix it as soon as possible.” It’s a tricky problem apparently, but I have complete confidence there will be a solution in the end 😊🌹🌹

No Daily Streak info available in Web UI, so it must only be tracked in Apps? No help there. 😞

Anyone else still seeing an issue? My Android shows a 5 day streak, while iOS and iPadOS show an 18 day streak. 🤦🏻♂️
