I want to be a front-end developer. But I have no any knowledges about the languages I have to learn. Now I’ve got a certificate of CSS course. But I need to practice more to understand CSS well and entirely. For me, JavaScript is too difficult to understand. To continue HTML course, I need to have basic knowledges about JavaScript. What can I do as a beginner to learn all courses to become a web developer and what languages do I keep learning after HTML and CSS?

After learning html&css you should learn js without framework for better understand ,u can learn from w3 school.
it's depend on you ,you can watch video , learn from book or doc.
