How to create an affiliate link converter dialogue box for a website?

I'm making a site where user need to insert normal link in our site & we need to convert it in an affiliate link in real time. So please can anyone know how to do that?

You dont need to convert them, you can just use an database where you store the original link and the new one wich is randomly created
