What's the best online source for learning Web Development (Advanced Level: Web based Application, Security, API,... etc)?
I'm not a Computer Science Student; I'm a just a System Programmer with enough proficiency in C && Assembly language.
Now I want to start a pretty complex Web based project, please let me know what is the best and complete online Tutorial to learn Web from Design to implementation.
