Audio

Question

I've done a lot of research, but no matter what i do nothing seems to work. in one code, it plays, but it doesn't actually play an audio. in this one here, it just says error. My main question is, two things, how do i get audio from desktop into here that works, and is there a way to do it on mobile aswell?

As far as i'm aware (although yes, this wasn't the best one to use, but on my other code for this i have it linked directly to the audio, and it'll play, but it doesn't actually play) so my problem is it doesn't play even tho it's found the audio. and then also wondering if there is a way to do it on mobile.
