How to make a bottom navigation bar?

To complete my project, I need to add a navigation bar. I searched up the web. W3 schools tutorial wasn't good enough. Other sites were just a copy paste of W3Schools tutorial. The youtuber videos were kinda confusing. Any suggestions?

set the postion to fix and bottom:0
it will be fixed to the bottom.
to make the bunch of tab icons use nav and list from which you create nav bars.
