If you know your email address you can go to www.gmail.com and enter your email address and click forgot password.
It helps if you already have a recovery email chosen as well as a phone number associated with your old email account. If you have the SIM card from the old phone it would help. You can put the SIM card into your new phone and use it to recover your email account.

You don't still have the SIM card? Or your old number is no longer active? If your number is still active your old SIM card should identify have your old number. Just put the old SIM card in a working phone
You didn't set a recovery email address either? How about an old password?
You need a way for the company to tell that you're the legitimate owner of the email account.
Try contacting your old telco company and the company that provided you the email address and explaining the problem to them.
Maybe they can help you

If you're using an Android phone go to your phone's settings and at the top of the screen there should be a search bar.
Enter mac address and do a search. If that doesn't give any results search for IP address

Sololearn asked you for the IP address used for the account creation so you should be able to find both the IP address and mac address from the same settings page in different entries.
As for when you used the account last you'll have to look for when you made your last post or something
