Hardware development

Hey guys I graduated from high school this year and the next step is college right. The thing is I've decided to take hardware development as a career path but the challenge I'm facing is which path should I follow? Computer engineering or electrical engineering Please tell me what you think I'll appreciate any information I get Thanks

They are both great fields to work in. It comes down to what you are interested in. I'd imagine computer engineering is in higher demand in this era, due to the emergence of new technologies every day, require competition to be better than ever. Computer engineering may be the better investment as there is always room for expansion in that field. My mother is an electrical engineer. It is a very complex field, and half of the day is spent on CAD. Again, your choice, but I'd recommend Computer Engineering. Hope this helps! -SK
