Yes this dm issue has been faced by everyone.
I still don't clearly know whether its a bug or a Server issue.
Also ,sometimes the dm works fine too.

Yes ,I agree to Ore and BeegCat .
Sololearn has been preventing external links from dms to optimize messages.
Using "" as told by Beegcat is a better and working idea 💡..

BeegCat spammers also may make use of those techniques, but at least it's a deterrent.

I use this method of placing blank space , esp after "." it realy work fine with me. 🤗
or i use the code section to send what i need instead of comments. 😀

It's a feature. There were several reports of victims receiving inappropriate links from random people. So Sololearn probably thought banning external links was a great idea. SMH
