Nuria Martin Jimenez by varios reason it can be possible
1.) Slow netwrok connectivity
2.) Ongoing testing at direct message feature.
3.) Server load or maintanance broke some feature
In all those cases it's right to send an email at [email protected] so they can fixed the issue as soon as possible.
