What are Best IDE for Java?

I wanna ask what are Best IDE for all type of Java progrmamming excluding Android development from it.
1) Netbeans
2) Eclipse
3) Codeblocks

During my college, i remember myself using Netbeans while building a chat app. I didn't encounter any problem using it. So i would recommend using it.
